I set the asking price

Data Broker sets the asking price and negotiates for me

You may set an asking price or authorize Data Broker to suggest prices and negotiate with potential buyers on your behalf. This is permission to explore a sale, not to enter a binding sale or release your data. You must separately approve the final price, permitted uses, license and processing scope before any sale. Neither a sale nor the highest possible price is guaranteed.

Data Broker receives 15% without processing, or 50% when Data Broker processes the data, of net proceeds after attributable costs, excluding tax. Documented processing, payment-provider, storage, delivery and other sale costs are itemized and deducted once before either share. You receive the remaining 85% or 50%. For a $100 sale with $20 of costs, you receive $68 without processing or $40 with processing. Required safety checks are separate from optional processing. Saving these preferences does not publish your files or enable checkout.

These preliminary checks cover file structure only. The original files remain private. Human review is required; this report does not establish ownership, complete anonymization or readiness for sale.
